These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NetWorthy (the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using NetWorthy on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
NetWorthy helps you track assets and liabilities, enter values manually, and (for certain plans and asset types) view or sync market values from third-party data sources.
NetWorthy does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Any output, charts, scores, insights, or forecasts are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
The Service may integrate with third parties such as Google (sign-in) and Stripe (payments). Market data may come from external providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
NetWorthy is not responsible for third-party outages, inaccuracies, pricing changes, or data availability.
We aim to keep NetWorthy available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue parts of the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetWorthy and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or zero if you did not pay).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
